In this exciting hands-on session, users will be introduced to the S2K Mobile Order Entry application. With this app, you can give your sales team and customers immediate access to account and product information, and allow them to place orders from their mobile device that will sync directly with S2K Order Entry. Making it simpler for your sales team and your customers to place orders directly with your company can result in increased order frequency, customer loyalty, and an improved bottom-line for your business. NOTE: This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) session, as you will be loading the S2K Order Entry application directly to your Android or Apple mobile device for demonstration.
Hands-On Labs - S2K Sales Force
Supply chain representatives require much more than an online contact management system, they require real-time access to all customer and product information anytime, anywhere they need it. With S2K Sales Force, users can track every interaction with customers and prospective clients, from initial contact to final disposition. In this hands-on session, attendees will review the basic navigation of S2K Sales Force, learn how to enter and track leads, make notes and set up appointments and reminders, and access the key information they need to maximize every sales call.
Hands-On Labs - S2K Smart Center
With S2K Smart Center, you can create a personalized home page that contains key information from all S2K Enterprise applications. In addition, users can access a company-wide notification system that allows every user to monitor daily tasks and business alerts. In this hand-on session, attendees will learn how to create a custom home page in S2K Smart Center using application specific portlets that best suit the user’s role. Users will also learn how to create a task, assign that task to any employee, and process the daily tasks that have been assigned to them.
